About the Nursery:

Westfield nursery is owned and privately run by qualified Nursery Nurses Emma Pearson and Rebecca Wilson and it opened it’s doors for the first time on 6th October 1997. Westfield nursery is a purpose built nursery and is registered with Ofsted to cater for 82 children in five individual playrooms as follows:

Monkey Room
Giraffe Room
Lion Room
Elephant Room
The Jungle (seperate purpose built building for pre-school children)

The nursery is positioned in it’s own grounds in the middle of a private residential area on Idle moor and has extensive, safely enclosed outdoor areas with a completely separate outdoor area for the pre-school children.

Westfield Nursery is Emma and Rebecca’s only nursery and they are very proud of it’s excellent reputation and are extremely keen to uphold this for the future.

Emma and Rebecca are joint managers / officers in charge and are very much “hands on” within the nursery. One of them is always available at any time throughout the day, (if not both of them).

Westfield Nursery is an active member of the “National Day Nurseries Association” with Emma and Rebecca attending the Bradford network meetings.
